I visited the Old Town Square location. From the minute I walked in, to the end of the visit, I was treated like royalty! I was greeted with a smile, the staff got me processed and quickly into the chair for my eye exam. No waiting at all!! Dr. Beth Mokaya was simply amazing. She was VERY thorough, explained everything to me in laymans terms, she answered all of my questions and concerns and didn't waste any time getting me in and out in an efficient manner. The entire staff at this location exceeded my expectations by far! I was truly blown away by how professional everyone was. I will be referring all of my friends to this location!

I've been a loyal Pearle Vision customer since 1980 and, between two Pearle Vision locations, have purchased both contacts and a number of pairs of glasses. I like the great selection of products, helpful staff, convenient locations and Pearle Vision customer service. Recently, a part broke off of one of my Takumi frames, requiring a partial frame replacement - a costly repair. Even through the frames were out of manufacturer warranty, Pearle stepped up and replaced the defective part at no cost to me! As usual, great customer service!! I'm happy to recommend Pearle Vision, and especially this location, to anyone in the market for contacts or glasses.

My new glasses are great! I wanted to thank you for your generosity and understanding. Even though it had been several months since I had my exam your staff at Melrose Park was kind enough to help me solve the problem with the glasses I purchased at the time of my exam. They got me in to see a doctor right away at no additional charge and remade my glasses for me at no charge also even though several months had elapsed since they were purchased. I have been a customer since the 1990's and will continue for years to come.
